We are thrilled to announce our Medicare Part D patient enrollment portal! The portal allows your patients to find a Medicare plan from the comfort of their home. You no longer have to take time out of your day to run plan comparisons. 

Patients get their login credentials directly from you, at the pharmacy; and their medications are automatically populated in the patient portal from their prescription history. 

Upon logging in, your patients will see an in-depth plan comparison, making it easier for them to find a plan that is affordable and in-network with your pharmacy. They can then enroll online, or reach out to a licensed representative to finalize their enrollment. 

For your patients to gain access to the portal, you have to provide them with an Enroll ID. Their Enroll ID will automatically be added to the following Amplicare handouts:

  • Open Enrollment eligible handout/letter
  • Plan comparison printout

Encouraging the use of the patient enrollment portal will save you time so you can focus more of your efforts on your high-priority patients, such as those who will no longer be in-network in the coming year.
