While editing letter templates, use "tags" to customize the letters with patient-specific and pharmacy-specific information. The tags will autofill the desired data appropriately, increasing the success of your letter campaigns!

This is how it works:

Patient Tags

For further customization, you can use the following simple short cuts also known as “Markdown Code” to edit your letters.

Adjust font size:

Place one or two # (pound signs) in front of the text you’d like to increase in size. Make sure there is one space in between the pound sign and the word or phrase:

Format the text: 

Add the following around your text:

To create Italics, place an asterisk on either side of the word or phrase: 

*Amplicare* will appear as Amplicare

To create Bold, place two asterisks on either side of the word or phrase:

**Amplicare** will appear as Amplicare 

To combine emphasis with italics and bold place both underscores and asteriks:

**_Amplicare_** will translate to Amplicare

To create bulleted lists:

Add a hyphen in front of every new line. Make sure there is one space in between the hyphen and the word or phrase:

- Amplicare

- Helps

- Your Pharmacy

- Save Money

Will appear as: 

  • Amplicare
  • Helps
  • Your Pharmacy
  • Save Money
