CareScheduler Login

1. Login by clicking the CareScheduler link and entering Email and Password established on implementation.

2. Click the Clinics tab found along the top task bar.

3. From the landing page, filter to In Progress clinics using the Status drop-down menu. Click Filter. In Progress Clinic List displays.

4. Find the desired clinic and click the View Patient List icon found under the Actions column.

5. The Scheduled Appointments List displays.

Note: The Scheduled Appointments List automatically populates to today’s appointments.

6. If needed, use the Calendar next to the View Date field to filter to any date within the scope of the clinic’s duration.

7. View patient’s appointment Time Slot and Status, Patient Name, Date of Birth, Requested Immunizations (Care), and appointment Confirmation Number.

Note: The Arrival Time and Appointment Status will update once a patient is checked in.

Workflow 1: In-Person

1. Check patient in upon arrival by using the Calendar icon found under the Actions column of the Scheduled Appointments list.

Note: Checking patient in assists in tracking and knowing if there are patients that require follow-up.

2. Patient Check-in box appears. Currently there is no documentation associated with Medicare Plan Review appointments. Make sure the box to send SMS with form link is unchecked. Click Check-In.

3. Notice the Arrival Time populates, and Appointment Status has changed to Checked-In.

4. Navigate to Match via your Amplicare Link. The URL is app.amplicare.com.

5. Enter your Name and Password.

6. Engage in the Medicare Match Plan Comparison workflow to assist a patient in finding the appropriate Medicare plan.

7. Should the patient require more time and therefore a follow-up appointment, use the plus icon underneath the Actions column and complete steps for patient scheduling which can be found in our Scheduling a Patient QRG.

Note: Clinics scheduled into the future are required to schedule a patient into their follow-up appointment.

Workflow 2: By Telephone

1. Patients who have indicated they want to receive a phone call will schedule an allotted time through the chatbot. The allotted time is represented by the Time Slot column of the Schedule.

2. Locate patient phone number by first accessing your Amplicare Link.

3. Enter your Name and Password.

4. Search for the scheduled patient.

5. The patient’s number is located at the top left of the page.

6. Contact and confirm patient identity. Engage in the Medicare Match Plan Comparison workflow.

7. Track progress by checking patient in on the Schedule tab. Use the Calendar icon found under the Actions column of the Scheduled Appointments list.

8. Patient Check-in box appears. Currently there is no documentation associated with Medicare Plan Review appointments. Make sure the box to send SMS with form link is unchecked. Click Check-In.
