The Newly Eligible campaign helps you reach patients who will soon be eligible for Medicare, giving you an opportunity to work with them on their initial plan selection or let them use the NavigateMyCare to choose their optimal plan at your pharmacy.

You can activate your Newly Eligible automated text campaign at any point in your Amplicare account by going into your Campaigns tab and clicking "Set it Live":

Eligible patient audience

Your patients who have an open, not completed Newly Eligible opportunity that also have no "plan comparison activity" in the past 5 months will be eligible to receive text messages as part of this campaign.

Delivery

Texts will be distributed evenly Tuesday - Friday among the interval 10am-5pm local time, no more than 100 texts a day.

Consent

Prior to sending Medicare related messaging, the patient will be required to consent to receiving Medicare information via SMS. The consent message will read: "Our pharmacy would like to send you helpful information about Medicare. Please reply 1 to receive these messages or 2 to opt-out of Medicare messages."

Experience

Once the patient agrees to Medicare SMS campaigns, they will receive a SMS with a link to Navigate My Care. Clicking on the link will redirect the patient to our plan finder tool. Here they will have to authenticate with their Zip Code and Date of Birth to access their personalized comparison. This plan comparison is tailored to your pharmacy and their prescriptions ,which is the same comparison your pharmacy has access to in the Match platform. Once in Navigate, the patient will have the option to continue on mobile or send themselves an email to view on their desktop, If the patient's circumstance is more complicated and they have questions, they can reach out to our broker partner, HPOne. What's Next?

This text campaign drives your patients to the patient-facing portal, Navigate.

We will track the patient’s activity in the portal to understand how we drove, and can continue to better drive, the desired patient behavior and outcomes. Aligning the patient to a plan that is best positioned the keep them healthy at the lowest possible cost to the pharmacy and the patient.
