Recording voice messages for your call campaigns (ongoing or one-time) can be done in three simple steps:
Step 1:
Log in to your Amplicare account and click Settings > Campaign Settings > Manage Recordings


Step 2:
Click "Add Recording" and follow the directions on the page. Click "See tips" for sample scripts.

Step 3:
After about 10 seconds, your recording will automatically appear under the Manage Recordings section. Click "Play" to listen to the recording. Once you're satisfied, select "Edit" and re-name the recording appropriately. Then, "Save Changes".
