Newly Eligible Call Campaigns 

You now have the ability to schedule call campaigns to your Newly Eligible Medicare patients using a personalized voice message.   

Select the patients in your Newly Eligible report, then “Schedule Calls.” We’re here to help if you have limited resources or need assistance:

  1. Reference our sample scripts for guidance when recording your voice message. 
  2. Reach out to us to record the voice message and schedule the calls for you at a monthly cadence. 

Strand Single Sign-On

If your pharmacy is a Strand customer, you’ll see a link to access a patient’s Strand profile right in their Amplicare profile: 

Strand is a clinical platform that provides pharmacies with the tools they need for successful patient education and intervention, including eCare documentation.
