For purposes of prescription refill reminders and other clinical patient notifications, a patient has generally consented to receive prerecorded calls on a cell phone if that patient has provided to you his or her cell phone number in connection with their prescription. You represent and warrant to FDS Amplicare that all individuals included in your patient list have consented to receive non-marketing prerecorded calls regarding their prescriptions. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that consent from all such individuals has been obtained.
